I have over 17 years of practice as a Program Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Practitioner which include Project Management, Result-based Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (including the development of a program/project Theory of Change, Logical framework, Result framework, Measurement Performance Plan, Key Performance Indicator– KPIs and tracking system, Data collection tool, and different donor Reports monthly, quarterly, semi/annual reports. Promote accountability, learning, and knowledge management. Establish Visualization reporting systems such as GIS, and PowerBi to promote data utilization. Adult and Pediatric TB/HIV including Multi-Drug TB Resistance - MDR-TB. Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC). Maternal and child health including PMTCT, family planning, Reproductive health, Immunization, and child growth monitoring. Nutrition and Food Security to address malnutrition, Anemia, and stunting (such as nutrition activities for under-five children example Seven (7) Essential Nutrition Actions - ENA, promote utilization of the micronutrients – such as food fortifications programs, Agriculture and home/household gardening, Horticulture, and Vitamin A supplementations). Village health workers program for supporting health services at the community level such as conducting Direct observed therapy (DOT) for TB and HIV patients, Accompaniment of pregnant mothers for antenatal and post-natal care, and child growth monitoring including immunization, contact tracing, and other community activity. Health commodities supply chain, Non-communicable diseases, and mental health services. Also, I have experience in Community Development Programs/Projects to promote equity such as Women and Youth Empowerment including OVC, Adolescent girls, child protection, Gender Based Violence – GBV including Police gender desk, Economic empowerment for women including Village Loans and Associations model - VSLA model as a platform to reach women, and equip them with financial literacy training and link them in the formal financial institutions. Promoting women’s land right and political leadership positions. Working with women entrepreneurs and supporting them on the value addition of their products such as packaging, branding skills, and linkage to the markets. Promote participatory governance, social participation, and accountability such as engaging the population, civil society, and communities in policy-and decision-making, voting, and elections, Inclusive and accountable community land management Planning, budgeting process (bottom-up approach), and tracking public expenditure example uses of Score Cards and Social Audits. Promote the utilization of renewable energy products at the community level (Solar lamps and cooking stoves). I have experience in implementing humanitarian Aid such as disaster relief, shelter, food security, and medical care. Also, experience in the advocacy projects such as advocating for policy change/amendment and implementation of the policy at different levels including the development of advocacy strategy. I have vast experience in working with data management systems and dashboards including Health Management Informatics Systems such as PEPFAR systems DATIM and PIIRS, DHIS2, OpenMRS, and PowerBi. Furthermore, I have other skills in conducting analysis (using SPSS, R, and STATA). Experience in Information Technology especially the development of online systems for data management, reporting, Visualization, and development of mobile applications for survey data collection such as CommCare, ODK, or Kobo tool. For over a 17-year period, I largely concentrated on working with various International Non-Profit organizations including Partners in Health Lesotho as a Health Strategic Information Director (Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, Impact measurement, Med-Info Systems, Quality assurance, and Quality Improvement - Currently).
