● A professionally-registered Pavement Materials Engineer from the Ministry of Works & Urban Development Construction Bureau, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (reg. No PPME 031) and a registered Professional Engineer (Reg No 910) from Engineer's registration board of Tanzania (ERB) working in the capacities of Pavement and Materials Engineer, Deputy Resident Engineer, Laboratory Manager, Quality Assurance Expert, Geotechnical Engineer, in a wide range of design and construction supervision of projects, in multinational and multidisciplinary civil engineering projects including but not limited to roadways, bridges, buildings, airfield, soil and rock slopes, asphalt and reinforced concrete pavement structures and drainage structures. ● Gained broad field experience over the years on road material characterizations, evaluating pavement strength requirements based on rigorous field and lab results and analysis, familiar with statistical results and analysis, ability to develop innovative ideas to make use of locally available materials, deep knowledge of pavement materials analysis, knowledge of the use of recycled materials and environmental protection methods, knowledge of super pave mix types and other rubber modified binder types, etc. ● Dynamic results driven international Materials Engineer Capable to design & prepare reports of flexible pavements, rigid pavements & overlays for roads & highways projects, Working knowledge of pavement investigation and pavement condition surveys, Working knowledge of Traffic survey, axle load survey, determine Traffic Volume and Axle loading, Working knowledge of FWD, Benkelman Beam Deflection, DCP and other surveys, Capable for analysis of traffic survey data and axle load data & preparation of traffic report. Coordination with site team to conduct various surveys FWD survey, RR survey, etc. Capable to analysis & prepare reports of FWD and RR., familiar with various projects deliver methods like projects, DB, DBB projects, O & M projects, Construction supervision projects, Up to date with the latest market or industry changes ● Have a diverse expertise in areas of Construction materials testing, validating the methods and testing procedures, Possesses extensive knowledge on concrete and asphalt mix design and batching plants calibration/operation, Plant supervising and managing, Quarry and Crusher operation in major infrastructure development projects, Geotechnical Soil Investigation, Road Construction and material testing and confirm Quality of Construction materials like Concrete, Aggregates, Soil, Steel bar, Bitumen, Asphalt and Cement as well as overall quality assurance Years of Industry Experience 23 years
