I am a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 30 years of diverse experience in infrastructure development, with a strong specialization in bridge and highway engineering. Throughout my career, I have led and contributed to major international infrastructure projects across Asia, Africa, and the Pacific, consistently delivering high-quality engineering solutions in complex and challenging environments. Currently, I serve as the International Bridge Engineer and Team Leader designate on the Sustainable Highlands Highway Investment Program – Tranche 2 (SHIIP-2) under the Department of Works and Highways (DOWH) in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. I also hold the position of Design Team Leader at Eptisa Servicios de Ingeniería, where I provide strategic technical leadership and oversight on major road and bridge design projects.
