Bar certified lawyer, with 22 years of experience in the fields of rule of law development, democratic governance, and human rights. Substantive expertise relates to supporting all branches of government and civil society, including through policy development, legislative drafting and strengthening, central and local executive branch support, judicial strengthening and reform, human rights and humanitarian law, anti-corruption, access to justice, and legal education. This includes several years of experience managing diverse teams; designing and managing programs and projects (including with UN, OSCE, EU, USAID and UNDP); as well as teaching and training, including at a university level.
