I possess over 10 years of experience in managing community-led initiatives and designing community projects. My expertise encompasses various skills, including participatory needs assessment, participatory research, project formulation and implementation, training, documentation, and reporting. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated excellent administrative, technical, and participatory skills, enabling me to effectively involve and empower vulnerable community groupings, such as small-scale farmers, children, youths, and women, in all the projects I have undertaken. Moreover, I have extensive experience in conducting stakeholder engagement, involving both government and non-governmental organizations, community members, and traditional leadership. My involvement in the design of community advocacy has led to the establishment of by-laws in certain chiefdoms and local municipal councils, which serve to safeguard the interests of the people. By engaging with communities directly, I have been able to tailor projects to meet their specific needs, ensuring sustainability and positive outcomes from interventions like the creation of Community Resource Boards and Community Trusts that drive development in chiefdoms. Throughout my career, I have worked with various organizations to build partnerships among different actors, fostering quality project delivery and facilitating the exchange of valuable lessons learned. Additionally, I am proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, SPSS, Excel, Access, Power Point, and ArcGIS software.
