
Mina Barling (she/her) is a public health expert and human rights defender. Her work is concerned with the intersections between human rights, public health, harm reduction and political affairs. Mina has a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Gender), a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Public Health) and a Masters in International Health Management. She Mina has lived and worked in Australia, Cambodia, China, East Timor, the U.K. and the U.S.
