With more than 15 years of experience in the fields of internal cooperation, I’m based in Rabat (Morocco) since 2015 where I’m working as a freelance consultant on projects related to migration (in its various components such as integration, national and local governance, development, link to environment, human trafficking, etc.), gender equality and development issues. I’m collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders such as international cooperation agencies (United Nations – IOM, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNDP, …- GIZ, Enabel, Expertise France), NGOs (Medcities, Avocats sans frontières, Médecins du Monde, ..) or national/local administrations and local authorities. My assignments involve me at various stages of projects: needs assessment, project writing, planning, organisational development, mid-term and final monitoring and evaluation, results-based management, capitalisation, etc. I also acquired experience in participative facilitation and training engineering through the development of several training modules (such as fight against human trafficking, migratory data, interculturality, ..). I also supported the synergies between United Nations agencies in Morocco in the field of migration by leading the Migration & Asylum Thematic Group during more than 5 years, and coordinated joint activities and advocacy, as well as joint programme such as a multi-agency project (IOM-UNHCR-UNICEF) on the protection of migrant children (2019-2021).
