Have around 24 years of experience working in the areas of Administration, Finance, Grants/Contracts, Human Resources, Procurement, IT, Security Management and Technical support including around 17 years in senior management. Recently served as the Operations Director for USAID Shobai Miley Shikhi Activity implemented by RTI International to lead operations, finance, grants, procurement, human resources, security and field training activities, project size USD 18 million. Previously worked as Director of Finance and Administration for USAID’s Esho Shikhi Activity implemented by Winrock International to lead administration, finance, human resources, procurement, grants/contracts and IT activities, project size USD 38.5 million. Previously worked as Operations Manager for Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Bangladesh, oversaw the administration, finance, human resources, procurement, grants/contracts, IT and security activities of the organization, currently five projects are operating in Bangladesh through USAID and other donor funds. Served as Grants, Finance and Admin Manager for USAID’s Nobo Jatra Project in Bangladesh implemented by Winrock International, Oversaw the Grants/Contracts, Accounting/Finance, Operations/Administration activities of the project. Served as the Operations Manager for USAID’s (FtF) Agro-Inputs Project in Bangladesh implemented by CNFA, oversaw the administration, finance, grants/contracts, human resources, procurement, IT and security activities of the project. Has specific grants/contracts experience, having previously served as the Grants Manager for USAID’s Strengthening Democratic Local Governance project implemented by Tetra Tech ARD. In this capacity, oversaw the handling of $10 million in grants distributed to 22 grantees and 8 subcontractors and monitored the performance of the grantees to ensure compliance and the fulfillment of grant-supported activities. As an Administrative Associate of the project of UNDP I was responsible to oversaw operations-admin, human resources, finance, grants of EU/UNDP funded $38 million project; $27 million were under grants to 388 Union Parishad and six grantees. As the Project Support Manager with CARE, I was responsible for the general administration and human resources management, financial and grants management of the assigned field office. I received my Master of Business Administration from the Asian University of Bangladesh in Human Resource Management as well as Bachelor of Commerce from the National University, Bangladesh. I am fluent in Bangla and English. I have experience working with USAID, OFDA/BHA, DFID, EU, DANIDA, CIDA and GoB funded projects.
