I hold a PhD in Epidemiology from Tulane University (2000) and an M.D. from the University of Niamey, Niger (1984). I have over 25 years of health service delivery and assistance experience working with government, non-governmental, multilateral and bilateral organizations on public health programs. Effective at strategic planning, policy development, and implementation of complex medical, primary health care (malaria, maternal and child health, family planning, HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases), strategic information, monitoring and evaluation, and health information systems programs in Africa.
