Moushumi Chaudhury

I'm a climate change and international development expert with 18 years of experience advancing equitable, evidence-based solutions to some of the world's most pressing climate challenges. My work spans global regions and sectors, with a deep focus on climate adaptation, policy and planning influence, and equity for communities on the front lines of climate change. Throughout my career as a technical advisor on climate change adaptation, I've led the design and implementation of climate resilience programs and projects across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, shaping national policy, scaling nature-based solutions, and driving community-centered approaches to adaptation. I’ve worked across INGOs, multilateral institutions, and research organizations—bringing a systems lens to program strategy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth. I bring a balance of strategic vision, technical insight, and grounded field experience. I welcome collaboration with organizations that seek to scale their impact, influence climate policy, and co-create a more resilient and just future.
