I am a gender specialist passionate about the practical application of the Leave No One Behind (LNOB) principle within development programming. I have experience working in development cooperation and international development. I have experience working to support the inclusion, participation, and representation of vulnerable communities in governance and access to justice and, in diversity and inclusion (EDI). I leverage various approaches and methodologies to achieve targets within my work, particularly intersectional and transformative perspectives combined with participatory approaches such as design thinking.
