This mindset has been put to the test in over 46 countries working with teams on new projects. Since being certified in 2019 as a Dare to Lead facilitator and coach with Dr Brené Brown. I’m part of a global community running leadership programs which build the 4 skillsets of courage. My community work includes being a core team member of the Inner Development Goals Global practitioner network, the Lemanic network and the IDG Caux Forum.
