Mr Amin is a qualified Architect-Engineer, Urban Planner and Trainer. - Master’s degree in urban and Regional Planning and Management (Coastal Zone Environment Management). General Professional experience - 20 years of professional experience in an international development context (donor-funded projects) in ENI South and Middle Eastern countries. - Over 20 years of experience leading international cooperation project teams on sustainable urban development, climate change, and energy-related projects and programmes. Team Led 6 EU cooperation project teams and is currently leading EU cooperation project teams on the Clima-Med “Acting for Climate in Southern Mediterranean” and the CoM Med “Covenant of Mayors for the Mediterranean” in 19 MENA region countries.
