I bring 24 years of experience in private sector engagement, economic governance, and local economic development. My expertise lies in building public-private partnerships, developing inclusive employment programs, and managing large-scale grants. Currently, as the Senior Private Sector Lead at USAID Makanati, I work on strengthening workplace conditions and economic inclusion through policy advocacy and partnerships with chambers and associations. Previously, I led public-private dialogue (PPD) initiatives and managed multimillion-dollar grants to promote inclusive employment. As a director in a USAID-funded livelihoods program, I worked on economic governance strategies to enhance workforce opportunities. At GIZ, I oversaw the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sustainable PPD within targeted sectors and facilitated capacity-building programs for project partners. Additionally, I played a key role in developing municipal economic tools, leading the creation of multiple Local Economic Development (LED) plans, and training municipal staff under another USAID-funded initiative. With experience managing complex teams and overseeing budgets of up to $5 million, I am a proactive and technically skilled manager dedicated to providing strategic guidance and support to my teams.
