• More than 10 consecutive years of working in the field of monitoring and evaluation • In-depth knowledge of monitoring systems and results framework • Experienced in developing and operationalizing results matrix and theory of change • High proficiency in SMART surveys and qualitative and quantitative research • Skilled in digital data gathering and analysis • Project/programme evaluation with OECD- DAC criteria • Extensive experience working in the sectors of agriculture (value chains, agri-extention systems, farmland conservations and land use etc.) NRM (integrated watershed management, degraded land and gully rehabilitation, water conservation etc.) and education (girls’ education, literacy, quality assurance etc.). • Worked in cross cutting issues such as gender and climate change.
