Approximately 35 years of experience in commercial finance, with a focus on MSME and micro-finance and agricultural finance, financing of energy-saving equipment, as well as regulatory and legislative matters relating to SMEs globally. I have approximately 20 years of experience working on international donor-funded projects, including direct project management experience, in the former Soviet Union, the Balkans, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and SE Asia. I am the Co-Author and Team Leader of the IFC Global Lesaing Toolkit.
