With over 23 years of dedicated experience in the Development Sector, I am passionate about driving positive change in public health. My education journey includes degree in MPH, MBA, M.Phil, and Diploma in Training & Development. I have a comprehensive skill set in areas of Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Public Policy, Programme Management and Implementation (PMU), Capacity Building, Research and PFMS etc. Throughout my career, I have made significant contributions to various health domains including Tuberculosis (TB), COVID-19 emergency response, National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), Reproductive & Child Health (RCH), Community Health, Community Engagement, Blindness Control Programme, AYUSH, and Health Research. I have had the privilege to work with prestigious organizations with Asian Development Bank (ADB), NITI Aayog, Ernst & Young, Department of Health Research, Ministry of AYUSH, National Insitute of Health and Family Welfare, REACH (Resource Group for Education and Advocacy for Community Health), DFID's project, Global Funds' project etc. DFID's project, Global Funds' project. I am proficient in IT tools including MS-office, SPSS, CS-pro, Kobo collect, EPI collect app and various data collection software.
