I earned Ph.D in economics and acquired 20 years of experience performing program implementation, capacity building, Budgeting and Monitoring & Evaluation in the field of Natural Resources Management, Agriculture, agribusiness and livelihood . I have strong skills in communication, leadership, project management, and analysis and want to learn from best practices and innovations in sustainability and social impact. I have extensive knowledge of program assessment and Evaluation, My experience in searching new business and Training staff and coordinating with the staff and different departments handling each project to ensure all phases of the plan are going according to schedule.
