He is a Programme Management Specialist as well as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation, Reporting and Learning (MEAL) Specialist, with 20 years' experience in development, design, planning and management of Donor, Private Sector and Government funded programmes. Nicholas is a 4-time global finalist and 2-time global winner on developing Sustainability, climate change, Community and Nature Based Enterprises. He combines experience and passion in developing and managing small and large programmes for communities, small and global organizations, governments, international organizations, private sector and donor institutions.
