I have Master degree on Intellectual property Rights (Robert schuman University, Strasbourg). I was Director of the tajik Patent Office (2010-2012). At the present time I am working in the german Internation Coopertaion, in the project Supporting the Rule of Law in central Asia.
I speak Russian (native), Tajik (native), French (good), English (good) and German (A 2.2.).
