I am an experienced development and humanitarian professional with over 23 years of national (in India) and international experience in child rights-based programming and advocacy. Adept at programme design, donor engagement, fundraising, policy analysis, advocacy, networking and partnerships management. My international experience consists of senior level management roles in Iraq, Afghanistan, Laos, South Sudan Poland for Ukraine Response and currently in Indonesia I have directly managed large consortia projects (upto $20M) Having lived and worked conflict and crisis affected countries has given me an opportunity to be resilient in stressful environment. Working in these post conflict contexts also gave me an understanding of remote management challenges, being flexible in approach with volatile security situations and working with the governments at different levels in protracted crisis environment.
