• Experience advising senior management teams at national levels on strategy and implementation of health programs • Strong knowledge of public health programs and emerging 4IR technologies • Experience in the coordination of program activities with governmental, non-governmental and private sector partners • Background in health policy research, rapid assessment of health system, health financing analysis, and cost- effectiveness analysis • Multilingual: English (fluent), French (native), Kinyarwanda (native)
