Mr. Ousmane Barry is a successful program leader with over 12 years of experience managing USAID funded stabilization and Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) projects in West Africa. As Chief of Party on the Niger Stability Support Initiative, he has demonstrated his ability to efficiently achieve program objectives in politically and security-challenged settings through in kind-grants. He is a talented operations manager who effectively managed finances, logistics, and procurement - across six countries including some of the most challenging countries in Africa: Burkina Faso, Chad, Cameroon, and Mali for the USAID Voices for Peace project. Prior to that, in Côte d'Ivoire, he successfully managed the supply chain for several multimilliondollar USAID and German Technical Corporation projects. Mr. Barry holds a Professional Master's in Transportation and Logistics from the French Technical University in Logistics and is a native speaker of French and is fluent in English.
