Personal Statement: A professional with over 15 years’ experience in Resource Mobilization, Fundraising, Partnerships Development, Donor Relations Management, Proposal Development, Capacity Building for staff and partners. I have sourced grants from a diverse range of donors including Institutional donors, Private sector/Corporates, Foundations among others. I seek to have a challenging opportunity in Resource Mobilization/Fundraising and Partnerships Development and Management. Objective: To contribute towards improvement of financial sustainability of the organization by coordinating the designing and writing of grant proposals to potential partners (government, private sector; development partners among others); identifying and seizing fundraising opportunities; diversification of funding streams for the organization; maintaining and establishing value-adding contacts/partnerships and relationships for the benefit of the organization.
