A very focues, participatory and innovative facilitator. Whether large groups, individual discussions, Teams, processes - at the centre of facilitation should always be the participant whilst the facilitator must have the end in my mind. And with that the carefully steer process towards that. An advantage of being based in Africa is obviously that I am well aquainted with the African mentality, very important in the design of the facilitation as that difers hugely from target audience to target audience. I am a very experienced, yet flexible person and willing to further presetn and discuss myself.
