Seasoned professional with over 30 years dev work experience as direct hire in USAID, JICA and the African Dev Bank plus miscellaneous consultancies individual and under various firms, especially -- infra finance, private sector dev, technical assistance, resource mobilization and donor coordination (esp. w/ Japan). Led the Enhanced Private Sector Assistance Initiative at the AfDB for over a decade, from $1 billion first phase through $3 billion third phase.
