I am a microfinance / banking specialist with proven field and management experience in multiple Sub-Saharan African and Central Asian countries, in stable and post emergency contexts. I collaborated with different types of financial institutions: small and large (up to 70 000 clients) commercial banks, microfinance institutions and network.
As the Operations Manager of a microfinance network of four institutions, I developed business plans and strategies and provided guidance and advice to managers and board members. I led the process of standardizing procedures and policies throughout the group and headed the strategy in product and delivery channels development. In the meantime, I supervised the group’s internal audit department and provided support to the development of the group’s core banking system.
As the Acting Chief Executive Officer of a Greenfield MFI, I ensured the operational launch of the company, recruited local and international staffs and liaised with donors and local authorities.
As a Consultant, I developed solid writing skills and strengthened my abilities to conduct solid training to field and management staffs.
I am a target oriented person, committed, hard worker, adaptable and enthusiastic.
