I have more than 20 years experience optimizing logistics, supply chain, pharmaceutical services, and health finance systems. More than 14 years of these was spent as a Global Health Executive at leading international development organizations like Chemonics International, Inc., Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI). I have worked at these organizations in Eastern and Southern Africa - Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. I have rich private sector experience in distribution logistics optimization (3PL/4PL). As a Strategist & Technical Advisor, I have overseen project start-up and close-out at Chemonics (Malawi), MSH (Uganda), and JSI (Malawi & Tanzania). I am an Executive Coach and have led and coached diverse high performance teams in complex high stakes public health projects.
