Qualified in managing US$ multi millions USAID, Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Bill and
Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF)-funded projects. Created agribusiness ecosystems with food companies, farmer
cooperatives, and input suppliers in West Africa. Advised Permanent Secretaries and Ministers of Agriculture to
implement their National Agricultural Development Plan. Added value to financial institutions, fertilizer blending
plant operators, agro-processors, agriculture extension agents, smallholder farmer cooperatives in West, Central, and
East Africa. Conceived strategic plans for the mango industry in Haiti and a cocoa cooperative of 105,000 farmers in
West Africa. Created and presented an off-farm marketing concept to solve market access problems for smallholder
farmers at the World Bank Development Market Place competition. Able to instill trust and human relations skills to
manage cross-functional teams, build rapport with staff, and establish network with private sector clients, high level
government officials, traditional chieftaincies, religious leaders, youth groups, and development partners. Report
