I am a Construction and Engineering Consultant with a 20 year experience in International development, specialised in Project Management, Supervision, Procurement, Monitoring & Evaluation, infrastructure planning and Financing. My knowledge of the former soviet bloc and my adaptability allow me to integrate and organise quickly a project and ensure success. I can work (including drafting of reports) in English, French, Russian, Spanish, Mongolian & Ukrainian. I have extensive experience in Central Asia.
