My career spans advisory roles, program management, research, and technical support for Latin America, Africa, Europe, and South Asia, with virtual engagements in the Pacific. I have successfully collaborated with the United Nations (UN), European Union (EU), Adaptation Fund (AF), Green Climate Fund (GCF), Global Environment Facility (GEF), World Bank (WB), and international NGOs, providing expertise in policy design, implementation, and capacity building. My work integrates Project Cycle Management (PCM), Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), and resource mobilization, ensuring impactful and sustainable outcomes.
