Ana Moreno Mendieta is a senior consultant with over 14 years of experience on development projects in relation with environment and climate change (mostly adaptation aspects). She has worked extensively on public policy analysis and implementation, notably in the formulation, monitoring and evaluation of aid delivery. Ana Moreno worked for 5 years at the DG Development and Cooperation of the European Union. After this, she has worked with a number of initiatives and programmes funded by different international donors. Recent works include the United Nations: UNCDF and UNDP as well as Spanish, French and Italian bodies involved in delegated cooperation of the EC (FIIAPP, Expertise France, IILA), also universities and non-for-profit organisations.
