* Working experience with UN Agencies (UNICEF in Nepal and Sri Lanka, UNDP in Nepal and Sierra Lione), EU in Nepal and India, and also with other various international agencies like WB, DFID, UNDP, NORAD and others. * More than 20 years of working experience on evalaution of development sector projects, institutional review, policy analysis. * Working experience in post disaster situation for program design, review, evaluation in Nepal. Pakistan, India. * Previous work experience of taking part in evaluations of large-scale projects as team leader as well as team member in Nepal and other countries from South/South East Asia, and Africa. * More than 15 years' experience in strengthening Civil Society and NGO sector as a trainer, institutional development and project evaluator, have worked with NGOs and CSOs in Nepal, India, Pakistan, Shi Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam. * Long term experience in analytical work of development aid related programs, projects, and policies.
