Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis. While working with SPSS as Company Tech. Resource person/“Statistician”, I have done - Company Product Demonstration, Statistics and techniques used, execution and interpretation of Statistical Results, Proof of concept of Software, Training on Different software for multidisciplinary audience, Research Methodology program conducted by educational and Research Institutes, Faculty Development Programs. Apart from SPSS given me opportunity in interacting with the academician, Research Institutes, and Govt. Agencies, where I have closely worked with different Governmental Agencies and Research Institutes, as Key Statistical consultant to Analyze the data and prepare the report as par the required format, that includes – NHFS (National Family Health Survey of India), PHFI, Planning Commission, RGI (National Population Census of India), National Economic census of India. After SPSS, I have done customer support projects for Sutherland Global Services, where I was majorly involved in Customer surveys analysis especially on Detractor scale, which includes - Designing and analysis of customer survey, and Customer comments analysis (text analysis) with regular assessment of models and Analytical results on customer data for multiple projects. Currently I am working with Biz2Credit Inc (one of the top three Lending organizations for SMEs in USA) as Statistical consultant. We have developed Statistical Credit scorecard for SME. Based on the developed Scorecard, company is deciding to lend business loans. Other than Scorecard development, ensures smooth business processing with weekly Monthly Quarterly (both calendar and cohort view of case conversion) as well as ad-hoc Business reports with close interaction with development team.
