I am a specialist in Educational Planning and Management, Monitoring and Capacity Building of Stake holders at various levels with about three decades experience in India Specialization: ● Planning, monitoring and appraisal of plans for DPEP and SSA,Mid Day Meal Scheme and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) at National Level and preparing reports; ● Providing technical support to States/UTs across the country in planning and budgeting and review of School and Teacher Education programmes ● Appraisal of State Government plans and NGO proposals of Education and social development. ● Facilitation and training workshops on Educational Planning and management RTE, Child Labour, Migrant Children, children belonging to SC/ST, Inclusive school, including logical framework analysis and theories of change, and facilitation of strategy workshops and Review Missions; ● Representing MHRD,GOI on national and international forums ● Development of Training module and training of Teacher Educators on DRR and School Safety and Child Protection. ● Fully conversant with Indian educational system and social development ● Teacher Development and management ● Experience includes working from grassroot level to national level for universalization of Elementary and Secondary Education. ● Planning and execution of education programmes at the grassroot level for SC,ST, girls and deprived section of society in the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand Meghalaya, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
