I am a highly experienced project manager and operations professional with over 15 years of experience on large and complex USAID programs in Africa, Central and South America, and Afghanistan. Serving in a variety of finance, operations, and administration leadership roles, and specialized in developing and managing project administration systems, financial systems, procurement, contracts, and grants. An adept manager, I have overseen teams of up to 90 staff, including staff training, and I am versed in remote management and security planning and protocols from work in Somalia, Afghanistan, and the Central America Northern Triangle.
