Richard Lubangakene

A highly experienced Admin & Finance Professional Officer with over thirteen (13) years of cumulative experience in Resource Management Units at the International Organization for Migration in South Sudan Missions and other international organizations German International Organization (GIZ) with a vast experience. I have worked in difficult environment in South Sudan. I hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce-Finance from Makerere University. I am now exploring this opportunity as a challenge to myself and to provide my skills as a valuable resource to the company, Manpower group. My experience with the International Organization for Migration under South Sudan mission, has exposed me to diverse roles having been in the Resource management unit, during my 8 years with IOM. I have gained immense experience in areas of Accounting, Administration, Account Payables, Treasury, internal controls, statements verification and reconciliation, monitoring of debtor’s balances, monitor expenditure to budget lines and vendor accounts, financial reporting, preparation of Budget for new projects (BNP), PRIMA, PARF and preparation of Major donor reports. Along with all the necessary qualifications and skills, I have from time to time met timely deadline putting keen concentration to details with minimal supervision and additionally my written and verbal communication skills are impeccable. I look forward for more challenge that will expose me internationally using my current level of experience.
