I am a Civil Engineer/Project Manager with more than 25 Years Experience in road design, construction and maintenance. I hold an Msc in Project Management (University of Pretoria in South Africa) and a Bsc in Civil Engineering from the University of Malawi. I am also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner.
