I passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering under Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Manila , Philippines. With eighteen (18) years design review/engineering and construction experience in roads, highways and pavement , water utilities/drainage system, equipment and vessel foundation, earthworks, tunneling and/or structural steel, concrete building
