Dr. Zerelli is Ph.D in Transport Economics and former Fellow at M.I.T’s Special Program for Urban and Regional Studies. He has an international 27 years experience in evaluation of infrastructures projects, Public Private Partnership (PPP)in Highways, elaboration of Transport Facilitation Strategies. He developed at the AfDB a strategy for the implementation of the NEPAD Short Term Action Plan and was Team Leader of a T.A project to implement ECOWAS Transport Facilitation Strategy.
