I am a development and humanitarian professional with over 10 years of experience and expertise in leadership and technical areas. I hold a Master’s in Public Policy from Princeton University (2024) and an MA in Social Work from Addis Ababa University, along with undergraduate degrees in Sociology, Social Anthropology, and Education. My career spans work with international organizations such as Mercy Corps, CARE, and the International Rescue Committee, focusing on Gender and Social Inclusion, GBV prevention and protection, social accountability, and education. I have led programs in rural development, food security, market systems development, peacebuilding, youth development, and more. I also bring proven expertise in driving organizational transformation through gender, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, along with experience in policy and strategy development, research, gender analysis, proposal writing, and case stories.
