With my 22 years of experience in local development, coordination, planning and program implementation, I have acquired a high technical knowledge in the most relevant MENA region priorities. These include such Gender Mainstreaming, Gender policies and strategies, youth inclusion, gender assessments and evaluations, with an intercultural and contextual approaches. Using the knowledge, I have gained from this experience, I have developed research, models and manuals aimed to generate information about women status in Jordan, advocacy, public policy improvements and development capabilities. In my recent position as the Gender, youth and vulnerable population specialist for USAID International, I am involved in policy and strategy formulation for gender integration in the water sector . possess good strategic planning and strong IT skills with advance knowledge on gender issues in Jordan I have a strong expertise in organizational development and results-based management, I work with donors, NGOs, CBOs and governments to build capacity in gender equality and women empowerment. I perform gender analyses and gender audits, manage gender strategies, undertake gender-sensitive evaluations and capacity building through gender-sensitive approach. Besides, I have a strong expertise in data collection tools, evaluation processes, developing logical frameworks and performance indicators to facilitate more accurate and efficient M&E results and lessons learned. Obtaining a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Jordan
