His areas of expertise include in the road/highways, hydropower, electricity transmission line, solar power, water supply, and urban infrastructures projects in capacity of social/gender experts, for over 20 years. His experiences include the in socio-economic baseline, gender studies and impact assessment (from on the ground data collection to the reporting, implementation), and preparation of management strategies such as Resettlement Plans, Gender Action Plans, Indigenous People Plans, Environment Impact Assessment, Social Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement/communication plans.
