An accomplished development practitioner and leader with over 20 years of experience including 14 years within the United Nations System. I have gained experience at country, sub-regional, regional, and Headquarters levels, private sector, International Financial Institutions (IFIs), academia, and Governments. Currently, I lead the preparation and implementation of strategic documents (CCA, UNSDCF, CPFs, UNinfo, etc.) and programmes for the Africa Region of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). I advise and provide oversight the allocation and management of an annual 50-million-dollar programme budget, leading a team of over 60 personnel across multiple countries. My expertise spans strategic planning, resource mobilization, and the implementation of systems-based practices to enable agrifood system transformation.
