Kylie Mullins

I’m an international development practitioner based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. I have 16 years experience working in community development and international development roles, including 11 years experience working on Australian Government funded projects in Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea. I have worked on projects in several sectors including my preferred areas of focus: capacity building and organisational strengthening, gender, climate change and DRR. My key skill areas are in program management and program administration, communications for development, capacity building and training, partnerships, logistics, monitoring and evaluation. I hold a Masters Degree in International and Community Development, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, a Bachelors Degree in English (Cultural Studies), a Certificate in Participatory Project Management, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I’ve worked with several donor agencies including World Bank, EU, DFAT, GiZ, SPC, and KfW, and INGOs including Red Cross, Worldvision, Act for Peace, and ActionAid. I’m fluent in English and Bislama and have business fluency in French.
