I take an adaptive, systems-focused approach to leading teams and managing projects. My diverse roles as an educator, researcher and trainer have showed me the necessity of clearly defining a problem, goal and course of action, when addressing any challenge. From 2021 to the present with the Innovation, Technology and Research Hub (the former Global Development Lab), I furthered overseas missions' capability to remain cutting edge by integrating research, innovation and digital approaches as their development initiatives evolved.
