I am qualified Director and leader with over 15 years of experience in senior managerial positions for both development and humanitarian context. Since November 2020, I am playing an important role of Deputy Chief of Party for central African regional USAID project and country representative of Management Systems International (MSI) in central African Republic. Previously, I successfully led strategy and program development for World Vision Rwanda raised more than 30 million dollars for development initiatives , and more than 66 million for humanitarian assistance in Central Africa Republic. With a wealth of managerial expertise covering various sectors, including improving food security, market systems, youth employment, education, health and nutrition, WASH and humanitarian assistance in general.. Additionally, I have a established track record in advocacy and engaging government officials, accompanied with the successful management of donor-funded socio-economic development projects in Africa. I have extensive experience in managing personnel and securing grants from both bilateral and multilateral organizations, including USAID/ BHA FCDO, EU, KOICA, SIDA, and UN organization like WFP. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. at the UNICAF university, building upon my academic qualifications which include a Master's Degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Education. Furthermore, I am fluent in both English and French languages.
