I offer senior-level analytics, program leadership, facilitation and management expertise for international development cooperation: --Performance/implementation evaluation; --Program monitoring; --Strategic planning; --Training design and delivery; --Professional coaching of specialists in monitoring, evaluation and program learning; and --Design, leadership and management of long-term monitoring and evaluation efforts. Served as Chief of Party for monitoring, evaluation and learning platform projects in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Jordan, Lebanon and Ukraine. Led or provided leading technical support to evaluations, assessments or monitoring systems in thirty countries. Earlier work included service as a Senior Social Science Analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
