I am an independent consultant and development practitioner having worked on programs funded by major multilateral and bilateral donors including the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, United Nations and DFAT (formerly AusAID). I have considerable experience in education with a particular interest in the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector and have undertaken economic and financial analysis of education reform programs including Team Leader roles in Guyana, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vanuatu, Kiribati, The Philippines, Indonesia and Laos PDR as well as managing development assistance programs for major Australian firms.
