As Expert in Digital connectivity and the legal aspects of blockchain, he is included by European Commission – DG COMM Directorate General Communications in the EC Database of experts (until June 2025) as Senior Expert, specifically as: Outreach expert; Expert on press releases and speeches; Conference moderators and harvester; Social media expert; Marketing and market research specialist; Evaluation expert of more than 700 proposals.
